How Oria handles referral information

At referral we ask only for what we need to give an indicative cost and plan an assessment: the client's initials, an age range, the area they live in, the kind of care needed and who is funding it.

We do not ask for the client's name, date of birth, address or diagnosis at this stage. Those come at the assessment, once consent, capacity and any best interests arrangements have been confirmed with the people involved.

Referral information is stored in the United Kingdom, visible only to you, anyone you add to the package, and the Oria team. Every change to a package is recorded.
